A new duo is leading the Future Six Days after the third day. The Belgian-Danish tandem Bryan Boussaer and Martin Mollerup holds a one-lap lead over Danes Malmberg/Frederiksen.
The 500-metre time-trial with a flying start was overshadowed by a heavy crash for Rhys Britton. The Brit presumably suffered a broken collarbone. Danish dynamite duo Malmberg/Frederiksen won the event ahead of Belgians Arne De Groote/Nicolas Wernimont and fellow Danes Fynbo/Birkemose.
Bryan Boussaer and Martin Mollerup proved peerless during the first madison of the Future Six Days. With a late attack they managed to put one or more laps on the rest of the field.
